   Computers in Cardiology 2009 Registration

Payment forms accepted: Visa, Mastercard, checks, and e-checks are currently accepted.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

To cancel a registration and request a refund, a written request (e-mail or fax only) must be sent to treasurer@cinc.org or faxed to (435) 658-3379. Telephone requests will NOT be honored. Refund require two to four weeks to be processed.

    • Refund requests received or postmarked by August 1, 2009 will receive a full refund less a $40 administrative fee.
    • Refund requests received or postmarked between August 2 and September 1, 2009 will receive a refund equal to 50 percent of the appropriate registration fees.
    • Refund requests received or postmarked after September 1, 2009 will not be honored.
